I just looked into the age old question... Mitt Romney was a one-term governor; he just ended his term on Jan. 4, 2007...

As a matter of fact, here is Mitt Romney's entire political career in reverse chronological order:
2003-2007 = governor of Massacusets (i could spell it if i tried but i don't really give a shit)

1994: Ran for Senate against Ted Kennedy, lost 58% to 41% - it was Kennedy's closest victory in the 9 times he's ran for US Senate.

Also, Mitt Romney was alive when Ronald Reagan was president. And according to Mitt Romney this is why you should vote for him: "I.... Ronald Reagan.... Ronald Reagan... Ronald Reagan did ____ which was very similar to when I ____. The longer Reagan is dead, the smarter he gets (that line's a real quote- doesn't make sense to me). He's like a Republican prophet-- an Ezekial if you will, and I, Mitt Romney am the best suited to take Ronald Reagan's Coat of Many Colors and wear it flamboyantly."
